* Phil Horvitz: Phil Horvitz is chief technology officer and maintains a position on the Apptis Board of Directors. Additionally, he has played a vital role in providing development, design, and other consultative services to the U.S. State Department for the U.S. Passport System.
Previously, Phil was the chief executive officer, president and chief technology officer of General Data Systems (GDS), a consulting company specializing in the design and implementation of high availability and fault tolerant system architectures. Phil was also the chief architect and strategist of GDS's Northstar, FEP, and facial recognition technologies that served as key technological differentiators in GDS's business strategy.
* Tim Silk: Tim is a Cisco System Engineering Sales Manager in Cloud Computing.
